Piles is a situation, in which small lumps grow inside your anus.  Symptoms : 1. Red blood after poop 2. Felling itch on anus 3. Lumps and pain around anus 4. Feeling like you still need to go to toilet, after coming out of toilet. Resons : 1. Eating too much spices and oily food. 2. Having less fluid. 3. Taking too much medicines. Treatment : 1. How to Run Faster (Long Run)

Some people ask how we complete 1 mile race in 6 mins or 5 mins, because they are military aspirants. But long run also helps you to shape your body, it is a basic exercise to get a fit body. It decrese metabolism, fat and cholesterol. all this things are responsible for heart attack, high blood pressure and anxity. First of all you need to set a time table for daily running. I would suggest you to run in morning. because in morning times there is humidity and moisture in environment that helps you to not get dehydrated.  Ensure that : • You are wearing loose and comfortable cloths and comfortable sport shoes. • You have drunk a little bit water. • You have used toilet.
